Has anyone made a Butterflied (Spatchcocked) Roast Turkey? If so, what was your experience...

I am thinking about doing this for Thanksgiving as I love to make chicken that way and I see there are many recipes on line for making a turkey in that manner.

 
I've used Cooks Illustrated's recipe for years and have always had wonderful results

the turkey turns out perfectly everywhere, moist and with a crispy skin

 
Have never done it, but would love to hear if you do! Interesting fun, twist for Thanksgiving!
