Has anyone made hand-pulled noodles? Just had biang biang cumin lamb noodles

And now I want MORE! Found this recipe online...looks similar but the lamb I had looked roasted then pulled (like pork) rather than sliced.

Those noodles look easy. Why have I never heard of this before?

I've not made them, but I've watched them being made...

We have the best little hole-in-the-wall place in the town we lived in and trhe owner specialized in these noodles.

We have enjoyed that lamb dish on a couple of occasions and love it!

Someday I will try making the noodles.
