I already have big pot of onions cooking in one crockpot on the porch. And I have nine ripe peaches to make into a pie but it's too hot. Anyone have success making a cobbler in a crockpot that didn't come out mushy?
Sorry, no, but i've often thought of it. I made beef tamales once in a CR, and
the topping came out sorta steamed, but definitely not mushy. I think if you put the batter for the cobbler on top, it would come out similarly. Let us know if it works!
