Has anyone made risotto in a pressure cooker? If yes, any advice--other than stand back? :)

Works very well... made it plenty of times...

... I have a recipe that is my default for PC risotto, you can substitute other stuff for the mushrooms

the basic principle will be the same - in general, less liquid will be needed, and you add it (obviously) at the beginning, then adjust if needed at the end of 7-8 minutes of pressure cooking
