Has anyone made the CI test recipe for Hungarian Beef Stew? I have a paprika dilemma,

I'm a Penzeys sweet paprika fan, but have used all I have. I bought some Szeged to get by, this recipe calls for so much paprkia, I'm a little hesitant to use the Szeged. It seems a little bitter to me, anyone used it successfully? I would like to make the recipe today, I have all the ingredients on hand.

 
I think it will be fine. I've used it in recipes I make that have as much as a few tablespoons.

Nothing beats Penzey's though, does it?

 
No, nothing does, I saw paprika in a different light when I first used Penzeys, thanks for the reply
