Has anyone made Woody's Black & White Brownies? Woody works with Rose Levy Beranbaum.

Still haven't found the recipe online, but I have her cookbook (The Baking Bible) where this is supposed to be located.

Oops, no I don't. I have The Cake Bible and The Pastry Bible, but NOT The Baking Bible.

They are pretty. However, a little more digging gives up the basic opinion that brownies are best

left as...brownies. They visually remind me of Nanaimo bars on Vancouver Island, a sugary pastry that I couldn't get enough of.
