Has anyone mixed white chocolate and Dijon mustard for a dessert? I just bought a bottle of Maille

with a collar recipe of the typical soft-centre dark chocolate cake but it was filled with white chocolate and mustard. I'm tempted, but of course, I have to eat it all.

 
Wow, that is an unusual combo. The white chocolate is so mild and the Dijon

is so tangy. Let us know how it is!

 
It smelled like a barnyard. That was enuf for me. I think white chocolate is tricky

and this would be an interesting adventure. YUCK
