Has anyone seen the recipe for Lemon Posset in the new CI? I'd like to make it this weekend but

I haven't seen the recipe but they make it here at our dining room. It is simply positively

delicious. Since they make it for hundreds, I would guess you can do what you want. ;o)

It is a sort of custard like that. i asked our chef and it is the heating--and maybe

the lemon juice. It is SO delicious.
