Has anyone taken cooking classes in Genoa or Florence? I'm also all ears for any "insider"

tips on places to eat, although there's tons of that info on the net. We're going to Rome, too, but I may not have time for a class. Thanks in advance.

Shaun, any chance you'll be near one of these locations?

I can't vouch for the classes but Pamela Sheldon Johns is an American now living in Italy and she runs these workshops in Italy. She has a new book out and I'll be interviewing her later on this week.

If you won't be in any of these areas, you might shoot them an e-mail and see if they know of any classes where you'll be. Hope this helps.
