No guilt, but...
I told myself I could eat anything I wanted for the three weeks, and I certainly didn't have any problem doing that! But when I got back it would be time to do a little slimming...pay the (pastry) piper, as it were.
So I'm going to start dragging my rearend to the Y to swim at lunch (it's across the street from my office, how convenient) and eat healthy for awhile.
Dr. Weill's articles on nutrition and aging in Time magazine are very interesting and I was just looking at his Web site when I saw the 8-week plan.
