Someone on the culinary group on Facebook posted a picture of a half a ball of cheese they bought and I was so intrigued I looked it up on the Internet and bought an entire cheese!

It's about 2 1/2 pounds, I can't wait for better light tomorrow so that I can take some pictures of it and crack that baby open. Has anyone ever eaten one before, and what did you do with it?
