Has anyone tried "Oetker's Whip It?" It's supposed to be great for stabilizing whipped cream. A few

Whip it - Stabilizer for Whipping Cream.

"Simply add contents of pouch to 1 cup (250ml)cold whipping cream and beat until peaks form."
I sweeten and flavour as usual. Holds up frosting and filling a cake without collapsing or sagging- freezes well also. You can use unflavoured gelatin also but this is easier. I had a couple of other ways of stabilizing in Kitchen tips but I guess they were deleted.

 
elenor, those random deletions in T&T happen. you can go into your post and edit the information

back in---if you can remember what you posted. It was very helpful information. I think you had a post about the same information and could find that to copy over.
