I always thought you grew cacao beans and then cocoa is one of the by-products of processing cacao?
And the name threw me. I always thought this company was the distributor of fine chocolates used by classy hotels. You like the box of mints on your pillow at the Plaza--you buy more mints from Hotel Chocolate.
