I got an email for 65% off the cheese making class and decided to give it a go. I'll learn how to make chevre, mozzarella and cheddar. I figured I'd try if for the sake of $15. I think I'm stoked.... I know you are all expert foodies, but had anyone tried these online lessons?

 
The quilting ones are great, but haven't done the food ones. Does the class

I haven't but they've got some incredibly talented people teaching classes. I'm a big fan

of Andrea Nguyen and wouldn't hesitate taking one of her classes. I'm very curious about the Molly Stevens classes.
