If you do make it, do heed Cyn's warning and wear rubber gloves to handle that chile pepper. Habaneros will HURT you! (Fear not, the citrus and sweet in the recipe will moderate the heat in the dish)

not yet, but i'll remedy that.

it's curious that the recipe calls for 2 cups of mojo to be drizzled on 2 pork tenderloins. sounds more like a torrent to me.
