Has anyone tried this? Ready-to-use cheesecake filling (vanilla and chocolate versions)

You don't bake it....just empty the filling into a ready-made pie shell.

In fact, you don't even have to put it in a pie shell. It's so ready-to-eat you could just dive nose-first into this container. A scary, scary slope for weak-willed folks like myself.

Back in the good old days, I had to work to prepare cheesecakes, ripping off the sealed cream cheese wrappings and cracking all those eggs, not to mention the energy exerted bending over pulling the cake in and out of the oven.

I used up at least 4.6 calories there!

PS: Actually, it might work for tassies and little things that would over-bake easily. Oh, or injected as cupcake filling.

I'll bet this is what Cosco uses in their special order cakes

We brought one to a recent wedding shower with cheesecake filling, white cake and buttercream frosting. It was served at room temp and it was cake heaven! Colleen
