Has anyone used "Just Like Sugar" zero-calorie chicory-based sweetener?

They have a green "tabletop" version (dissolves clear) and a blue "baking" version (better for flour-based desserts.) "Tabletop" is recommended for Paleo diets.

While not following the Paleo diet, I am looking for desserts that make me feel less guilty having them around (having made "Baked" brownies three times in ten days...and giving away 95% of them to avoid temptation.)

Here's a description of the product:

High in dietary fiber

100 gram serving has 0 calories, 0 sugar, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium, 0 net impact carbohydrates, and 0 protein.

Gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, kosher and vegan-safe.

Does not contain soy, yeast, animal derivatives or preservatives.

(Note to Self: Aha. This is what they do with recycled styrofoam peanuts.)

Those Baked Brownies are soooo addictive! The best sugar substitute I've found is Whey Low. It's all

natural, and it can be used successfully in baking.
Haven't tried "Just Like Sugar."
