Has anyone used the Kyocera ceramic slicers? I don't want a big mandoline and

I like the one I have, just the plain slicer, plus I have the "julienne" peeler

I think they are both very handy. Just remember that the ceramic blade can break if you store it in your kitchen "junk/utensil" drawer - I have one big drawer that everything goes in and once got too vigorous when cramming things in there!!

They are so nice to use when making a salad, just hold it over the bowl and in go the radishes, cukes etc. I also like it to slice citrus for sangria in the summer...
