Has anyone who has made the Salvadorean Breakfast Cake

I think they'd be ok too, I used the silicone baking cups, inserted

into a muffin tin, my halved recipe yielded 9.
I think the cups are a tad smaller than filling an unlined muffin tin.
They were not filled to the top, as I wasn't sure how high they would rise. (they don't rise very much)
mine were about an inch high.

So put the sesame seeds on top, I think that adds a lot to the flavor.
I made another batch with fig goat cheese instead of parm. Also very good. smileys/smile.gif

Just finished making these and they are really good. Very interesting

taste and texture. I made the whole recipe and I'll freeze some of them and see how they do. I always give treats to our new condo neighbors who are up in years, alone and don't cook. They love something home made so they'll be gone in a flash. Shouldn't this go into T&T now? I vote for it.

That makes three! I debated where to put it, but it's in T&T now, under the breakfast thread.
