Grouper cheeks are fabulous when fresh; so-so if poorly frozen. Can't say about halibut.

I love halibut. Had it every day while on Vancouver Island. Sad that it's so expensive now.

I love it, too. Went to Costco last weekend and it was $18. a lb. I hope it comes down later.

Nan, I agree. It's the blandest of fish, to me. I think I like it for the sauces we put on it and

the side dishes!
