I love Lydie Marshall recipes and have one of her cookbooks along with many recipes from Food & Wine when she wrote for them.

Hey, I didn't know she wrote for them. I have 2 or 3 of hers & like them for the very very very

simple Provencal style. I just know if I'm whipping together something that she recommends, it won't give me a headache trying to stay focussed.
