Have you seen the documentary Chef's Table on Netflix? Same director as Jiro's Dreams of Sushi.

I hadn't seen it but am starting to watch it now. Fabulous so far.

Who knew about the wheels of Parmesan and how they got them sold? I didn't. I remember the earthquake but not the culinary results. Thanks for posting, Traca.

 
I never knew about it..

..but heard a great review on the radio just this morning. The next rainy day, I' ll be binge watching it.
