Heather in SF, loved your guest posting stint, description is food porn and the recipe looks great!

Thank you!! And a confession...

Stephanie, a dear friend, is also a fantastic photographer. When she asked me to guest post I reminded her of my lack of equipment (no snark please, hahaha) and she used a stock photo. I'm still dreaming of the day that I get a camera and meantime do my best with my cellie. The Flip Video is helping but I also have really crappy lighting in The Roost at night.

I just have to say, thank you, all of you. You have been so kind and supportive to me as I've been trying this blogging thing. There are so many wonderful bloggers out there and my confidence is low when I read them and think of what I am able to do. Things have been really hard for me over the last two years, and especially lately, and your kindness has helped me feel less hopeless. I don't think I thank you all enough. **Thank you**!!

Heather - you should be so proud of yourself!

You've accomplished so much and you are so accomplished at what you are doing.

Don't worry about the stock photo - I'm sure yours would have looked just as good.

When you feel ready to take the plunge of picture taking Deb at Smitten Kitchen has a page devoted to food photography - it is very informative.
