The around the world beer party on Saturday was fun. there weren't as many couples as there were supposed to be, but we still had plenty to sip and taste.

We had:

Italy - Peroni, Italian Love Cake, Amaretto cheese cake, and Shrimp ala Fra Diable (sp?)

Belgium (me) - Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Sauerkraut balls, Truffles (I cheated I couldn't find Belgium chocolate on short notice... so went swiss instead lindt ... ssshhh)

German - Reuben apptizer, a variety of beer that I can't even attempt to spell, but all very good.

Japan - Sapporo, sushi and potstickers.(not too sure of the nationality of potstickers, but I didn't bring them smileys/smile.gif
