Oh thank you! you know, I have always wanted to make a pork pie

and I have a major passion for aspics!

My mom makes Cornish pasties with chopped beef, carrot, onion and lots of pepper and butter. Given the budge this month I may try this instead using this recipe for the pastry.

That lard from the pork T-bone smells so good, lots of good flavors from the meat and the spice rub.
