It was easy to make and delicious. Bubba and my pregnant stepdaughter both said how good it was and that they wanted more. I like the noodles at room temperature better than hot. Have you ever tried using this with cooked rice or anything else. I made a double batch today for guests coming over and added three cloves of garlic to it. Of course none of this is helpful to the waistline right now! LOL
