Well good for the USPS. Don't wait too long, though. I don't process it so keep it

in the frig (butter), not in the cupboard.

Once firm, it can be scooped out for truffles (and rolled in nuts, coconut, cocoa, DH, whatever) if you don't want warm fudge sauce.

 
"...if you don't want warm fudge sauce... " I have a team of scholars deciphering this as we speak.

 
I just told my SIL about it and he's ready for his taste! smileys/smile.gif

I'll probably take it down to their boat within the next two weekends. We're about ready for an adult weekend away! (youngest daughter and her soon-to-be 4 yr old daughter are in the process of moving to their own place - it's been quite a week!) haha

Now, do I make homemade vanilla or buy premium store-bought? OR eat the sauce plain with a spoon?!?!?! All sound great!
