Unfortunately, I was referring to mine...

I can never seem to lose that extra 20 b/c of all the great recipes there are to try here! Fortunately with the delete option on digital cameras, the evidence is easy to destroy!

 
Oh, the "Y" as in gym! Now I get it. If I make it to the gym often enough to maintain

the status quo I feel victorious.
