Hello - I'm back!

It's been a rough almost two years but hopefully things are turning around for good. I sort of lost faith in things and people especially with this last 'job'. But as it started to fall apart in September, another door opened. One that I had been knocking at for a while and this is through a temp agency for a girl out on maternity leave until mid-March but they had made it known day one they intend to make it a permanent company position sometime this year. So I couldn't be happier but still a little on edge until it does go to a company position. I think this is where I will finish out my career with any luck.

So I am getting back to cooking - it's been a long time. I've got a lot to catch up on.
