I come on here almost weekly to look for a t&t recipe. Life just got in the way for posting. Today I’m looking for the Ina Garten Orzo with roasted vegetables and Meryl’s pasta with roasted peppers. Last week I made the Mediteranean layered dip. Always a hit and so easy. My friends have requested the whipped feta dip, which I make with roasted cherry tomatoes. And the rhubarb custard cake on the top of this page is very timely–-I have rhubarb to pick! We are in Alaska now for the summer. My fishing pole has been hot. 4 reds/sockeyes in the last few days. We have 2 college baseball players staying with us for the summer league. We will spend the winter back in FL, probaby around Thanksgiving till late April. So much to catch up on here. Love you all.

You must live in an area where ingredients are available in the local markets. When we live in

the NWT just the basics were available. Could only use powdered milk as we didn't have a fridge, we kept all our canned goods under the floor.

AngAK1--So VERY NICE to hear from you again! Thx for finding time to post & say 'hello'.

WOW! We have Safeway and Fred Meyer(Kroger) and Walmart

And a Local Save U More that has lots of ethnic food items. We’re having king crab legs tonight that were $16.99/lb. yum.

So sorry that we couldn't connect in Anchorage.

It would have been super to meet you!
We did have an amazing trip, just got home last night.
