Help for a beef marinade

I have these ingredients but no proportions and I was wondering if someone can tell me the proportions I should use.

hoisin sauce

sesame oil

sesame seed

red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp Hoisin, 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 1/4 cup Vinegar.
