Help. I bought YET ANOTHER cannister of dark cocoa powder.

Is it that darn Hershey's can? I've got it too. No Dutch to be found, but this stuff is everywhere.

I substitute a few tablespoons of the dark for the regular in recipes. It gives

more depth of flavor, but isn't overpowering.

I don't think it's the Hershey's can (which, of course, I have).
