Help...I can't find the post in Tips about how to post a photo

using Photo Bucket. I had an eye exam today and I still can't see all that great but John looked for me also and he said it's not there. Can someone help me out?

No, that's not it. It was a post on the link, password and everything

on how to do it. I saw those. One Maria's and one Lana but they are both how to get the photo inside the post instead of a link to the photo. I just don't remember all that stuff cause I haven't posted a photo for so long.
