Help. I love Valor Chocolate A La Taza but it's SOOO expensive, especially with shipping. (m)

It seems to be just plain sweet dark chocolate with a bit of rice flour to thicken it slightly. Do you think if I melted regular chocolate, stirred a little rice flour into the cold milk then mixed it into the chocolate and brought to a simmer it would be close to the same?
