Help! I was asked to make a dish for T-Day that I've never made...and I agreed!

I called the hostess to ask if she wanted a dessert or a side dish or a dessert AND a side dish and she said: "Can you make "a broccoli dish...with rice?" And then her granddaughter yelled over the phone "with cheese in it!"

Of course I said yes, and then she said "oh, everything you make is so good. I can't wait to try it" and we hung up. So NO PRESSURE! Then I immediately came here!

@gayr putting the .... in front of the urls is what is causing your problems. The web browsers read urls starting from "https" so if you start with ".....https" the browsers might not recognize it as a url / link.

Thank you Paul so much.....so frustrated....

A niece makes such every year for our Early Christmas. It's good if there isn't too much rice, IMO.
I vote for the Southern Living one although the steps seem fiddly.

So which one did you make?

I made the Southern Living version with broccoli. It was very well received except by two 16-year old twins who hate broccoli.
