I do one about every year or so and I know somewhere on the internet is a chart I used last time that tells how many servings you get per each size layer, how much batter it takes and how much icing. But of course I can't find it now that I need it.

Does anyone know where it is - I was on Wilton where I thought I found it last time but I can't find it now.

Doesn't anyone make a cupcake tower for such occasions. Seems to me it

would be spectacular. And such fun to have different flavors and so easy to serve. Had you thought about that? Just a suggestion.
