crayfish, clamari, tuna, salmon, lump crab meat and lobster stock, it's all frozen though...I will be cooking this in a cast iron potjie over the fire but do I go Thai with coconut or do I do bouillabaisse.....

I have every ingredient for both and just can't decide what I want to make...what do your taste buds say.
