Help please! I saw a recipe for baked acorn squash fill with chicken apple sausage

and a bit of maple syrup (I think). Does this ring a bell with anyone? Of course I bought the ingredients and now can't find the recipe. If I were a clever person I would probably have the courage to just wing it, but alas, I am not clever.......

I don't have a recipe, Barb, but I make this often in fall. I cut my acorn in half and clean

it out. Put cut side down and nuke it until its almost done. Fill the inside with some maple syrup, (sometimes I put in some chopped apple and onion) and almost cooked sausage. Bake at around 400 for about 15 minutes.
