Help please......

I am making parmesan/ peppercorn biscotti and inadvertantly added an extra egg. Making 4 eggs to 4 cups of flour, 2 C of cheese. Any ideas? I have put it in the fridge for the moment. It was supposed to be 3 eggs in the dough and one to brush on top of the logs.

 
Thanks, I called King Arthur and they said it probably would be OK. I'm glad to

get the additional information from Giada though. Too weary to bake them off tonight so it's in the fridge until tomorrow.
