Help with recipe from Bon Appetite

It's for cheese fritters from Sundancer Restaurant in Jackson, MS. They sent me a scan but it's almost impossible to read and I can't get to my old boxed up copies easily and especially if it's this far back. Wondering if anyone else might have it.

It's definitely a June issue and I think 1986. I can make out the 19 but having a hard time with the rest of it.

Thank you! I searched and went through like 10 pages of Google hits and never found this page - but it was before they sent me something that halfway showed a date so not sure if that is the difference or not.

But at any rate - thanks a million. You have to try these, they are awesome and they serve themon a place sauced with half of their marinara and half a thin, grainy sweet honey mustard sauce. But I am going to try them with hot mustard sauce or maybe a hot honey mustard.
