I can only scan down 14 bullets/topics, let alone get to the bottom of the page. Am I doing something wrong? This hasn't ever happened before.

Maybe you're a victim of heavy internet traffic....

and the site isn't getting fully downloaded before jamming up. That would be my first guess.
