Here is a Spagetti Sauce I have been playing around with I think I got it

Saw this on a show. I made the sauce and then used some of the sauce to make spagetti pie. The sauce is really good even the Italian neighbor liked it.

1 lb Ground Turkey

1/2 lb Italian Sausage ( I used one that only had the sausage, fennel.

2-4 Minced Garlic

1/2 Minced Onion

Cook this all together in a large sauce pot with 2 TBSP Oil breaking up meat ( I use a potato masher). Add

1 12oz Tomato Paste

1 15oz Tomato Puree plus 1 can water

1 29oz Crushed Tomatoes

1/2 C Wine

2 tsp Beef Base ( BTB )

2 tsp Chicken Base ( BTB )

1/3 C Parm/Regg

2-3 TBSP Montreal Seasoning ( Start with 2 )

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Dry Basil

2 tsp Drry Parsley

 
Montreal Steak has become one of my favorite seasonings lately. try it in eggs or tomato soup.
