LOL, all I can do is buy a Butterball from the Winn Dixie and relive my Mom's T'ksgiving dinners.
Someone told her that to test if the turkey was done, prick the leg and if the juice runs clear, not pink, it's cooked. She misunderstood, and interpreted it that if there was NO juice when you pricked it, it was done. I remember her pricking that bird until there was no juice present. Did we have very dry turkey? YES!
