Here's an interesting opportunity for any Food Truck Wannabe

Doesn't this sound like fun for a young, single person or married couple who want adventure

and a challenge? Or even a retired, energetic couple who want to travel.

 
After seeing the variety at the Food Truck Fest in PS, this could be an interesting undertaking.

I'm afraid I wouldn't survive in the food service business. I was the world worst waitress, I even failed miserably at McDonalds. And while I am pretty good in the kitchen, I play with recipes too much. No consistency. I'm always tweaking this or that.
