Here's another recipe I was able to hunt down: Pancetta Wrapped BBQ Prawns with Cornbread Stuffing

Have been enjoying your blog. LOVE the wine holder! : ) This rec caught my eye. What would you

serve with it if you made if for the main dish? (Too many steps and flavors for me to serve as an appetizer!)

I am thinking this would go nicely with a green salad. Thoughts? Or is too "heavy" with the sauce and cornbread to eat more than a little bite?

It really has my attention for the spring!

Appreciate your thoughts!

Best,
Barb

As an alternate, I think the shrimp would be lovely with just the sauce or

as I was reading the sauce recipe, I thought...thinned down, it would make a terrific salad dressing. (Or as written, as a dressing for potato salad or a burger topping.)

While the dressing/stuffing was nice, it's not essential.

Thinking "out loud" here...I would even be inclined to make the shrimp and the sauce over a bed of greens, and then serve it with one of those savory bacon cupcakes on the side! Now there's a stroke of genius. I love that idea!

heehee, I thought you two meant the wine server guys. heehee. Great post about the event. great!
