...Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, which is all the rage in San Diego. They used boneless breast and thigh meat.

It does taste like what Kip's had on their menu. It was really good!

My SIL in San Diego buys big foil catering containers of Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings from her favorite chinese restaurant and brings them home for us to devour. They are *so* *good*. It is Kip's all over again, and it is catching on like crazy.

Those wings look delicious!

I will have to try making those for the next family get together. I made her recipe and it was quite good. It would be so much nicer to have someone else make them for me though! I will have to try the salt and pepper version. I bet calimari would be good like this. Thanks for checking it out Michael.
