Hey DawnMO- You ok out there. We keep hearting about terrible flooding.

We are just fine Cyn...Hey Gayle, how are you guys?

it looks like most of the flooding is in the SE part of the state, closer to Gayle. We are in the NW corner of the state, about 50 miles North of Kansas City. I hope Gayle is okay! Thanks for the concern.

 
Hey - thanks Dawn!

Just popped in for a minute. It's been nuts down here! There's still a young man missing in a creek in the next town to the SW of us. (Monett)

Our pond is out of banks and half way to the house but it's stopped raining so hopefully the water will subside in a day or two. There are a lot of people in baad shape!

We are fine but wet. I've been homebound rather than fighting the torrents of water washing over the roads to town. It was really scary yesterday!
