Hey Deb, saw this method of imprinting cookies with stamps and thought of you

I realized you could order custom-made stamps that would be very specific to your customer's request. Something like a birth notice (baby's name, date, weight, length) or a Bat Mitzvah celebration. You would order the stamp and then use your fabulous cookies to imprint them. This would involve a one-time cost to the customer and a stamp that can't be used again, but think how unique that would be!

And no manual decorating other than basic Royal icing dam and flood to end up with very precise detail.

Sadly, in my kitchen at least, sometimes the word "damn" is used quite liberally while dam-ing the cookie.

Thank you so much for thinking of me!

The cookie stamps sure are cool - I've never tried it. Will look into it!

What I have done is ordered custom stencils for customers. They tend to be under $10 and I like the embossed look that a stencil creates when you use a stiff royal icing. (well - somewhat stiff. Too stiff and it doesn't really work. Dang royal icing can be tricky!)

Big hugs of thanks!!
