It was delicious! A little too over-the-top moist, so next time I'll omit the 2 Tbsp hot water and/or bake it longer. Other than that, it was great. Thanks for posting!

(Wish I could find your original post, so I could link to it. Found it yesterday on Search, but now it's not coming up. In general, I find the Search feature to be erratic, so maybe it will show up again one day).

Caution: these do not freeze well - I froze the leftover pieces, defrosted a few, and they were much

too wet and sticky.
