alot longer to bake, though. About 90 minutes! Checked my oven and the temp is right on. Just thought I'd mention it.

when baking mine. It could be the choice of pan? I use the very heavy, Platinum Series cast aluminum bakeware by Nordic Ware. I used the Rose Pan for this recipe, perhaps, that made the difference?
